Who
This year’s keynote speaker is Chief John Moon, a former Freedom House Medic and retired Assistant Chief of Pittsburgh Emergency Medical Services (EMS). As one of the pioneering paramedics of the Freedom House Ambulance Service—the first program of its kind in the United States—Chief Moon played a transformative role in shaping modern emergency medical services.
